How much does Postflug cost?

There are four plans: Start for €29, Pro for €59, Video for €89 and Managed for €149 a month. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free. All channels of the plan are included in the price. You try the first 14 days for free, without a credit card. Add-ons are listed with their prices right below the plans: the blog add-on for €9 a month (introductory price: book by 31 Dec 2026 and you pay €9 a month for good; bookings from 1 Jan 2027 cost €19 a month), connecting your website yourself for free or set up by us for a one-off €49, a new blog section on your website for a one-off €149, and AI credits from €7.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel monthly. You only commit to a year if you choose to pay yearly.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Frankfurt am Main, in the EU. We process your data in line with the GDPR.

Which channels are supported?

Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and X. How many channels you can connect at the same time depends on your plan: 3 with Start, 5 with Pro, 8 with Video and Managed. You can also connect several accounts on the same platform, for example two Instagram profiles or two locations in your Google Business Profile. Each account counts as one channel.

Does Postflug suit my industry?

Very likely. Postflug is made for local businesses: restaurants and hotels, hair and beauty, practices and pharmacies, trades and home services, garages, driving schools and taxis, retail, tax advisors, law firms and real estate, education, photography and events, clubs and small online shops. How much time do I need?

At the start, you set up your business once and connect your channels. After that it’s usually: send a photo, look at the draft, approve. If you have no time at all, choose the Managed plan. Our team then plans the posts and you only approve them.

Can I write posts myself?

Yes. You can write every text yourself or edit the AI’s suggestion. You design images with the templates and plan posts in the calendar. The AI is there to help, not a must.

What exactly does the AI do?

It enhances your photo, turns it into a graphic in your brand style, writes fitting text and suggests a good time to post. In the inbox it suggests replies to comments and reviews. Only what you have confirmed is published.

What is included in the Managed plan?

Everything in the Video plan: 8 channels, up to 5 posts a day, 250 AI images and 30 AI reels a month. On top, our team plans your posts for you. You receive the drafts on your phone and approve them. The blog add-on is included in the Managed plan.

What is the blog add-on?

With the blog add-on, every approved post also appears as a full article on your own website, in the same flow: one photo, one approval. Postflug connects to WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Ghost, websites on GitHub (for example with Netlify or Vercel), or via webhook to Zapier, Make and others. Introductory price: book the add-on by 31 Dec 2026 and you pay €9 a month for good. For bookings from 1 Jan 2027 it costs €19 a month. It is included in the Managed plan. You can set up the connection yourself for free with our step-by-step guide, or have us set it up for a one-off €49. If your website doesn’t have a blog section yet, we set one up for a one-off €149. You can edit every article afterwards.

What are AI credits?

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI images and AI reels. If you need more, you buy credits on top: 50 credits for €7, 150 for €18 or 500 for €49, each a one-off purchase valid for 12 months. 1 image or 1 image edit costs 1 credit, 1 music track 1 credit, 1 video 8 credits. Your plan’s monthly allowance is always used first, then the credits that expire soonest.

The interface is available in German, English, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian and Arabic, so your team can work in its own language too.
